• Pre-arrival support
  Contact prior to arrival including requirement assessment to assist with suitable suburb selection, taking into account travel time to work, major transport routes, location of schools and local amenities. We keep in regular contact prior to departure to answer and assist with any questions and concerns.
• Airport Welcome
  Personalised welcome at airport and pick-up service to accommodation, including a "welcome hamper", providing you with all the essentials required after a long flight.
• Orientation Tour
  This tour is designed to provide general familiarisation of selected suburbs, taking into account local schools, accommodation, shops, parks and amenities.
• Short Term Accommodation Service
  Assist with research for available residential properties for short or long-term rental. Assist with negotiating lease and rental application.
• Information Pack
  Information pack to familiarise yourself with Sydney, including tourist information, advice on applying for driver's license, tax file number and Medicare card, information on suitable medical facilities and dental services. Information on recognised insurance companies and banks is also included, as well as local transport information and a list of useful websites, including numerous activities for children. This pack can be sent prior to arrival.
• School Search
  Clevercompany can research and help find suitable schools and provide advice and assistance with enrolment procedures, working closely with parents to choose the right school.
• Home Purchase Assistance
  Assist with property purchase, including mortgage broker assistance if required.
• Settling-in Services
  Organise furniture rental or purchase.
